Product Range Overview

Our equity offerings are managed according to a specific investment objective or the bespoke investment requirements of our clients. We currently have three broad equity mandates for institutional investors to choose from: Houseview Equity, Select Equity (client-specific mandates) and Other Equity (niche mandates).

Our multi-asset offerings take full advantage of our expertise in both strategic and tactical asset allocation, and are grouped into two investment categories: Balanced and Real Return.

The M&G (SA) Global Funds were launched with the aim of bringing South African clients an optimised offshore investing solution, in partnership with M&G Investment Managers (UK).

We offer a range of fixed-income offerings to suit a variety of client-specific requirements, including our Nominal Bond offering and other fixed income offerings (e.g. Money Market, Enhanced Income and Inflation-linked Bond mandates)

Our property offerings provide investors with exposure to the SA property sector through either our enhanced indexation approach or our fundamental active approach to stock selection within the SA property sector.

M&G Investments was one of the first investment companies to offer TAA as a stand-alone service, both in the UK and in South Africa, and as a result we have one of the most experienced asset allocation teams worldwide.
