    Change Facilitation Lead - Business Enablement

    Overview

    We have an exciting opportunity to join the M&G Business Enablement team as a Change Facilitation Lead- Business Enablement with key focus on Transfer Agency and Manco operations.  

    The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for the effective oversight of change delivery teams on behalf of the M&G Sales, Product and MANCO business units. This will include ensuring the priority of the respective changes reflect the stakeholder’s priority accordingly. The applicant will also manage the budget request and spend for the applicable stakeholder list of changes.

    In addition to this, the applicant will be managing the change delivery and operational oversight of the key global Manco outsource vendor relationships for M&G Investments. You are a resourceful and analytical person who can work with multiple teams in finding appropriate solutions for the M&G business.

    Key Responsibilities

    Business Analysis and Project Management Oversight

    • Engaging M&G Change Delivery Teams for resource allocation
    • Perform High-Level analysis of changes to inform the requirements such as:
      • Ability to clearly express and document stakeholder needs
      • Ability to understand appropriate use of various analysis techniques and approaches
    • Project Management oversight, including planning and tracking for selected changes, where applicable
      • Liaising with M&G Change Delivery Teams on implementation of project change into the business
      • Ownership and representation of the M&G Sales, Product and MANCO functions within change implementation framework
      • Ensuring that appropriate project governance processes are followed, including suitable project artefacts and appropriate sign-offs are adhered to.


    Oversight and management of the change delivery by key outsource vendor arrangements – namely, State Street, FNZ, and Waystone including;

    • Responsibility for defining operational requirements for implementation and ongoing maintenance of new products or service requirements, where applicable
    • Establishment and nurture of close relationships with various teams, across multiple jurisdictions, to address any operational issues promptly
    • Ensuring effective management/controls of key performance indicators as set out by the service level agreements (SLAs) where applicable, including
      • Co-ordination and review of service level agreements between the different parties
      • Ensuring the terms agreed in the SLA are disseminated and executed with internal and external vendor teams
    • Management of key deliverables and ensuring swift responses to business queries/issues
    • Continued review of processes and procedures to reduce risk and improve efficiencies
    • Assist with the implementation of new products, new instruments, or new service requirements, where applicable

    Attributes Qualifications, Skills & Experience

    • An appropriate tertiary qualification. Bachelor’s degree or higher
    • Existing transfer agency industry knowledge
    • At least 5 years relevant working experience in asset management or administration providers to the asset management function
    • Understanding of CISCA and local Unit Trust environment
    • Business analysis/Project management experience
    • Experience preparing management information presentations would be advantageous
    • MS Office skillset, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Action orientated and delivery focused
    • Self-starter, required to work overtime as and when required
    • Able to manage their own time in relation to completing task and deliverables
