Thembeka Stemela

Thembeka joined M&G in July 2018 as an investment analyst for the M&G Positive Impact Fund and was appointed Deputy Fund Manager of the fund in June 2019. She has been the Fund Manager of the Diversity and Inclusion Fund since November 2021.

Prior to joining M&G, she worked at Credit Suisse International, where she joined through the Graduate Programme in 2012. She served as Vice President in the Equity Research Department, acting as the primary analyst for UK and Nordic non-life insurers.
