Did you know that a more gender-diverse corporate workforce, as represented by women across all levels of management, is correlated with higher-than-average company investment returns? A 2023 study of global companies by Morgan Stanley found that those successful in achieving gender diversity have outperformed their less-gender-diverse peers by 1.2% per year between 2011 and 2022*.
